Location, location, location....We share the block with the Hollywood & Highland Mall which includes the famous CHINESE THEATER, the KODAK THEATER (home of Academy Awards), the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel, the METRO station, Movie theaters, restaurants, clubs, bowling lanes etc.  Just walk next door!  Many competitors offer locations that require a long walk or drive to attractions and are in areas that are not safe to walk in. Some hotels boasting of being in the "heart of Hollywood" are really not. The spacious Deluxe Suite has a separate bedroom in addition to a living room and  kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table that seats 4.  Also the Deluxe Suite has 2 TV sets and 2 air conditioners. All our suites are large and comfortable and have generous closets with mirrored closet doors.  The Deluxe comes 2 ways: Deluxe Suite (king size bed in bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room) and Deluxe 2 Bed Suite (second king size bed in the living room instead of the sofa sleeper).  There is room to add a rollaway bed in the living room of either suite.

Add our unbeatable location (well it can be matched by our next door neighbor the Hollywood Rennaisance Hotel) and you have a terrific stay in Los Angeles. As mentioned above we are rated 2 diamonds by the Autombile Club (AAA) but offer many amenities found in 3 and 4 star properties (complimentary in-room coffee, tea and hot chocolate, hair dryers, irons and safes in the room etc.)
