Hollywood Orchid Suites – Guest Policies

In order to provide and maintain a high quality of service and safety for all of our guests, we require that you comply with the following policies AND your decision to stay with us signifies your agreement to these policies. We will ask you to leave immediately if anyone in your party fails to comply AND you will be charged for at least one night’s stay, all deposits will be forfeited, no refunds will be issued and/or additional fees may be charged.

• Proof of identification and a valid credit card must be presented at Check-In. The card will be preauthorized for the total estimated room charges and tax plus a deposit which will be released on the day of Check-Out if there are no incidental charges or additional fees for non-compliance of our policies.

• Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms – this includes tobacco, marijuana or any other drugs or the usage of candles or incense.  A $150 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card and/or taken from the deposit if we determine that this rule has been broken. We also ask that you be respectful of other guests when smoking tobacco outside. Illegal drugs of any sort are not allowed on property and you will be asked to leave and/or be reported to authorities if it is determined that you have them in your possession.

• Pets are not allowed on our property or in our rooms.

• The kitchen is rented with the expectation that you will leave it in the same condition that you found it – including washing dishes. A $25.00 cleaning fee will be charged for this service if it is found to be otherwise and/or if the room is left excessively dirty.

• No more can stay in the room than is allowed in writing on the registration card. We do not allow more than two adult guests to occupy a room with one bed or four adult guests to occupy a room with two beds (except with a rollaway bed or sofa bed).

• Outside visitors are not allowed to come into the hotel after 9pm!  All visitors must have proper identification and must register with the front desk whenever on property

• We have a very strict NO PARTY policy! In order for all of our guests to enjoy a comfortable and quiet stay, we ask that you be respectful and limit excessive noise – especially between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., or you WILL be asked to leave.
