Suites – Guest Policies
In order to provide and maintain a high
quality of service and safety for all of our guests, we require that
you comply with the following policies AND your decision to stay
with us signifies your agreement to these policies. We will ask you
to leave immediately if anyone in your party fails to comply AND you
will be charged for at least one night’s stay, all deposits will be
forfeited, no refunds will be issued and/or additional fees may be

credit card that was used to secure the reservation must be presented at check-in

- At check-in,
the entire stay will be charged, less deposits, and the
credit card will be
preauthorized in the amount of $100.00 for incidentals and/or
damages which will be released on
the day of check-out if there are no additional charges or
additional fees for non-compliance with our policies.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of our
rooms – this includes tobacco, marijuana or any other drugs
or the usage of candles or incense. A $150 per day cleaning fee
will be charged if we determine that this rule has been broken.
We also ask that you be respectful of other guests when smoking
tobacco outside. Illegal drugs of any sort are not allowed on
property and you will be asked to leave and/or be reported to
- Pets are not allowed on our
property or in our rooms.
- The kitchen is rented with the
expectation that you will leave it in the same condition that
you found it – including washing dishes. A $25.00 cleaning
fee will be charged for this service if it is found to be
otherwise and/or if the room is left excessively dirty.
- No more can stay in the room than is
allowed in writing on the registration card. We do not allow
more than two adult guests to occupy a room with one bed or four
adult guests to occupy a room with two beds (except with a
rollaway bed or sofa bed). All guests in the room must be

policy! In order for all of our guests to enjoy a
comfortable and quiet stay, we ask that you be respectful and
limit excessive noise – especially between the hours of 10 p.m.
and 8 a.m., or you WILL be asked to leave.
- Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out
is at 12 p.m. (noon). We are unable to guarantee early check ins or
provide late check outs, however we are happy to store your
luggage at our front desk until your room is ready or until you
depart later that day.
- Deposit and cancellation policy for
single and multiple room bookings:
- For one room, seventy-two (72)
hours before arrival, a non-refundable deposit in the amount
of one night's stay plus tax (14%) will be charged
- For two rooms, including our 2
Bedroom / 2 Bath Suite, fourteen days (14) before arrival, a
non-refundable deposit in the amount of one night's stay
plus tax (14%) for each room will be charged;
- For three rooms or more, we require
20% of the total stay within one week of making the
reservation and another 20% is due halfway between the time
the reservation was made and the arrival date at which time
all the funds received become nonrefundable.
- All reservation requests and
cancellations must be confirmed by the hotel with a
reservation number issued by hotel to be valid. The
reservation is subject to cancellation if the credit card is

party sites such as Expedia and Booking.com which are not
pre-paid will be charged a deposit in the amount of one
night's stay at the time of booking which is applied to the
reservation and is refundable up to 72 hours before arrival
if the reservation is cancelled before then.
