| The Academy
Awards first started at the Roosevelt Hotel which is 1 block from us. Nowadays they
take place at the Kodak Theater right next door in the Hollywood & Highland
Centerl. Also on our block is the Renaissance Hotel, the world famous Chinese Theatre, the
new Madame Tussauds and the Hollywood metro station. Within 2-3 blocks are the
Hollywood Bowl, the Magic Castle, and Yamashiro. Univeral Studios is one metro stop
away (10 minutes by car). The Cirque du Soleil "IRIS" show is now
playing next door at the Kodak Theater. Also next door are the Hard Rock Cafe and Rolling
Stone Lounge. We are close driving distance to Cedars Sinai Hospital, Children's
Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. |
