rates are lower than our rack rates and are subject to change, availability and
confirmation by the hotel. Rates are higher during high
occupancy periods and special events. Busy days and all
summer weekends require a 2 night minimum. Please check the occupancy levels by
each room type. Higher occupancies will carry a surcharge, unless cleared with our
reservation department in advance. Add our local tourist tax of 14% to the

| The Academy Awards first started at the Roosevelt Hotel which is 1 block from us. Nowadays they take place at the Kodak Theater right next door in the Hollywood & Highland Mall. Also on our block is the Renaissance Hotel, the world famous Chinese Theatre, the new Madame Tussauds and the Hollywood metro station. Also within 2-3 blocks are the Hollywood Bowl, the Magic Castle, and Yamashiro. Univeral Studios is one metro stop away (10 minutes by car). Coming soon are the Cirque De Soleil, Hard Rock Cafe and the Rolling Stones Cafe. |
